Chairman - Mindshop International
As chairman and founder of the Mindshop Group of Companies, Chris has a role of coaching Mindshop's senior members and driving the strategy development for the Mindshop group. This involves continuous travel throughout Europe and the USA.

Harry Kras
Harry has been associated with the Mindshop organisation since its inception in 1995. Since 1998 he has focused on working with family owned and managed businesses and has adapted Mindshop tools and processes to meet the unique challenges faced by this sector. This has enabled him to assist clients achieve meaningful change and resolve family, business and personal issues. Harry's primary role is to act as a coach, facilitating change. Clients are supported in both a traditional consulting environment and with internet based resource materials and coaching via the Family Business Resource Centre (www.fbrc.com.au.) that he established in 1999.
As a board member and past Chairman of the Mindshop Educational Trust, Harry takes an active interest in the development of young Australians. This trust is a charitable foundation whose primary purpose is the delivery of the Mindshop Excellence Program to Year 10 students.

Robert Pridham
Robert has followed three career paths. He spent 20 years in the health care industry with Hi-Tech multinationals in Sales, Marketing and General Management. He then spent 5 years with the Department of Management at Monash University lecturing in Strategic Management, Managing Change and Business Consulting. During this time Robert developed his consulting career and for the last 13 years has been Principal Partner of Top Line Consulting Pty Ltd where he specialises in growing client profit and revenue through facilitating innovation (process and product), competitive advantage, strategic business planning, sales and marketing strategies.
In addition to consulting to improve client profits, Robert lectures in Strategic Management, Innovation and Marketing in MBA programs at three universities. He is completing a Doctorate in strategic planning processes that actually deliver results and translate theory into action outcomes. Robert's real job is consulting to corporate clients, SME's, the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Sales and Marketing Institute and the Australian Marketing Institute where he is a past member of the Victorian Council.

Julie Mason
Mindshop Excellence Coordinator
Julie has been involved in the coordination of the Mindshop Excellence Program for over 15 years. Her role includes liaising with Schools, Facilitators and Host Organizations and establishing strategic alliances with various Industry Groups and Educational Networks.
As a member of the Mindshop Educational Trust Board, she is also actively involved in the design and development of Excellence Training Manuals, CD's, Website and Marketing material. Her interest in photography ensures that an accurate record of all Excellence workshops is continually updated in Newsletters and Websites.

Suzanne Carey
Career Counsellor and advisor with St Kevin’s College. Suzanne has been a passionate Mindshop Educational Trust Board member for over 12 years.

Josie Belvedere
Commerce teacher at Melbourne High School. Josie has extensive knowledge on the implementation of the Victorian Essential Learning Standard s (VELS) in State School system.

John Tabone
VCAL coordinator with Catholic College Bendigo. John is the VCAL, VLT representative for his region and is an expert in writing school curriculum. John has facilitated many Excellence programs in Ballarat over the last 5 years and is currently leading a strategy initiated by the Bendigo Community Telco to encourage their local youth to consider careers in the IT industry.

Paul Isaac
Previously worked in a managerial role in the Milk industry and utilised the Mindshop business improvement processes as a Mindshop Facilitator. Semi-retired and is currently managing a portfolio of investment properties. Paul is kept very busy as the 2008, President of the Wheelers Hill Rotary Club and has conducted many Excellence programs involving youth and industry with the Rotary network.
