This Sample Program shows you a PowerPoint presentation from a Mindshop Excellence group who were involved in a large automotive organization. Their issue for their week was address the issue of absence of equal gender representation in their workplace. The students key objective for the week was to find solutions to induct and retain more women in the automotive industry.
